BMBYou is a behavioural learning facilitation and coaching service dedicated to supporting educational institutions. What We Do

Our mission is to empower students with essential life skills such as Improved Communication, Team Building & Collaboration, Emotional Intelligence, and Resilience. By integrating the DISC (DISA) behavioural model and using interactive, hands-on methods—including colour-coded blocks and real-life scenarios—we create an engaging learning experience that resonates with young learners. Through these activities, students gain insights into understanding behaviour, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills.

Why We Do It

In today’s rapidly evolving world, students need more than academic knowledge to thrive; they require practical skills and emotional intelligence. Studies have shown that behavioural understanding and soft skills are crucial for long-term success, resilience, and adaptability. We aim to fill this gap by providing a comprehensive educational support system that fosters these skills, helping students navigate their educational journeys and beyond.

When We Deliver Our Programmes

Our programmes are available throughout the academic year, and we offer flexibility to accommodate the unique schedules of each institution. Sessions can be delivered as half-day or full-day workshops, tailored to fit seamlessly within the school timetable, ensuring minimal disruption to regular school activities.

How We Deliver

Each session is designed to be accessible, inclusive, and interactive. We can accommodate up to 35 students per session and provide all necessary materials, requiring only a suitable space from the school. Our facilitators are experienced in working with students of varying needs, including those who are neurodivergent or use British Sign Language as their first language. We strive to create an environment where every student feels engaged and supported.
